For anyone looking for a unique and beautiful setting to get married, Duvale Priory is the perfect choice. We are licensed for civil ceremonies and our function room offers capacity for up to 130 seated guests. You can find more about weddings at Duvale Priory here.

All our holiday homes have spacious living areas which are perfect for groups of all sizes to gather together to socialise, eat and drink. Located in the beautiful Exe Valley we are ideally placed to enjoy the North Devon Coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor national parks.

We specialise in last-minute small bookings.

Enjoy some of the best surfing in the country with a trip to Croyde, Woolacoombe, and Saunton or spend your days rambling through the Exe Valley or exploring the Hangman cliffs which are the highest in the South of England.

Stag and Hen parties by negotiation and No under 25 groups accepted.

Fantastic accommodation in beautiful grounds A large group of us stayed in Duvale Barn for my sisters hen weekend, this included a variety of ages from 86 - 27 and it was absolutely fantastic! The most perfect property for any large groups - spacious communal areas but with some bedrooms far enough away for those that want some rest and relaxation. The house is equipped with everything you could need and every person that joined us commented on how fantastic the accommodation was. The owner was very welcoming and anything I had to contact her about, she could not have been any more helpful or accommodating. I have seen some reviews that complain about having money deducted from their deposit due to damage / breakages / misuse of the property…all this is made extremely clear to you on arrival and it’s very apparent a lot of pride is taken in this property so I personally don’t think it’s a big ask to be respectful and clean up after yourself!!! Couldn’t recommend this beautiful property enough!
